Hi! I'm currently working on my architectural thesis as an architecture student at DLSU-D that scopes visually impaired in the Philippines. I would like to request for information regarding: 

1. Latest distribution of Visually Impaired in the province of Batangas

We were able to determine that this particular information is already available online and therefore cannot be counted as a valid FOI request.
