I would like to request for assistance/instructions how to get a new national ID Card.

Last Dec. 10, 2022 at around 11:00PM, I lost my national ID card along with my coin purse during commute on a UV Express on my way to Quiapo. I realized that my coin purse was gone when I arrived at Quiapo.
