Census of Agriculture and Fisheries
Number and Area of Holding/Farm Parcels by Location of Parcels, Land Tenure, Region and Province: Philippines, 2012

The data are currently available only for province and regional levels.
I wonder if you have more granular data, municipal or barangay levels.
