You may request copy of the birth certificate, if yielded negative on our civil registry database, you will receive a No Record Certificate.

our CRS Outlets DO NOT accept walk-in clients and only clients with prior appointment can be accommodated. To secure an appointment, please proceed to appointment.psa.gov.ph.
