Good day.
I would like to request a copy of my PSA Birth Certificate with annotation. I have a certified true copy of my birth certificate with annotation from Local City Registrar but when I requested for a copy of PSA, there is still no annotation indicated. Hope you can help me with my concern. Thank you.
