Thank you for your request dated Nov 30, 2023 03:17:12 PM under Executive Order No. 2 (s. 2016) on Freedom of Information in the Executive Branch.

You asked for Change Delivery Address - National ID.

Your FOI request is approved. 

We would like to inform you that the address for delivery of the PhilID cannot be updated; the Post Office will attempt to deliver your PhilID to the address you provided during your Step 2 registration. You may authorize an individual from your previous address to receive your PhilID, or you may claim your PhilID at the Post Office. Please provide an authorization letter and a copy of your ID to your authorized representative.

You may also track your PhilID using your TRN at https://tracking.phlpost.gov.ph/.
