May i humbly request your office to please replace my damaged Philippine National Id it is the only Id i have and i badly needed it for my transactions.

Please note that you need to only register ONCE in the PhilSys; with the issuance of your PhilID, your PhilSys Number (PSN), which is your permanent unique identification number in the PhilSys registry has already been generated.
