I am writing to request information on the process to change the delivery address of my Philippine Identification (PhilID). I have recently received my ephilID and need to update the delivery address for my physical PhilID card.

I appreciate your assistance in providing the necessary information to facilitate the address change process. Thank you for your attention to this matter.

Greetings!

Thank you for your request dated May 24, 2023 03:03:55 AM under Executive Order No. 2 (s. 2016) on Freedom of Information in the Executive Branch.

You asked for Request for Process to Change Delivery Address of PhilID (FOI).

Your FOI request is approved. 

We would like to inform you that the address for delivery of the PhilID cannot be updated; the Post Office will attempt to deliver your PhilID to the address you provided during your Step 2 registration. You may authorize an individual from your previous address to receive your PhilID, or you may claim your PhilID at the Post Office. Please provide an authorization letter and a copy of your ID to your authorized representative.
