Good day!
  I would like to ask for a copy of my partner's transaction slip for his national ID. Their brgy. official has lost/misplaced it and we want to track his ID. Please help us to track his national id, he need the ID in work and other transactions. Below is some of his personal information.

Birthday: May 1, 2000
