 Any update regarding of my request ? Correction of my birth year in my national id . Instead of September 09,1998 it should be (September 09, 1999) .

You asked for Correction of my national id.

Your FOI request is approved. 

We apologize for the inconvenience caused. As of now, we encourage you to keep your PhilID safe and wait for further announcements on the process of updating incorrect information printed in your PhilIDs.  

Please note that you need to only register ONCE in the PhilSys; with the issuance of your PhilID, your PhilSys Number (PSN), which is your permanent unique identification number in the PhilSys registry has already been generated.
