PSA Philippine Identification System not responding for lost TRN

I requested the retrieval of my lost TRN from Philsys PSA on November 29, 2023, under the name Archelle Lumayag, but they have not responded. I have messaged them via email and Facebook, but still, there has been no response. I am planning to obtain a passport, so I need a valid ID. The barangay collected my transaction slip, so I went there. I checked all the files of the barangay for transaction slips, but it wasn't there. I went to our local PhilSys still not there, I went to PhilPost they said my transaction slip wasn't there. All I want is the TRN.

1) Name (Surname, Given name, Middle name)
2) Date of Birth (Month/Day/Year)
3) Sex
4) PhilSys Registration Center (RC) where you registered
