Thank you for your request dated Sep 23, 2021 10:07:04 AM under Executive Order No. 2 (s. 2016) on Freedom of Information in the Executive Branch.

You asked for Copy of birth certificate.

We regret to inform you that we do not process requests of civil registry certificates through this portal.

Please be advised that Civil Registration System (CRS) outlets located in Metro Manila shall be OPENED but on a REDUCED CAPACITY effective 16 September 2021. Only clients with prior appointments issued through the Civil Registration Service Query Verification Unit email address will be served.

Customers at CRS-East Avenue, Quezon City who were issued Queue Ticket Number prior to the declaration of ECQ and MECQ will be served by schedule.
