Good afternoon,
I would like to follow up my request for correction on Birth Certificate of my husband (From first name - Artlens U. De Guzman to Artlene U. De Guzman).  I already file a petition for correction of clerical error under the provisions of the amended RA 9048 (amended by RA No. 10172).  The Batangas City local registrar processed my documents and sent a copy via LBC at PSA.  According to the Batangas City Local Reg. it will take 2 to 3 months to process the correction at PSA and I will receive a text message from PSA on the status. A copy sent thru LBC last May 7, 2023.
