Good Day!

I am sending you a query about my National ID. I registered for it last July 02, 2022 and up until now I still have not received it. It has been almost 2 years since then. Your processing is taking too long and I wonder why. My sister whom I went with the registration already got hers. How come that I did not get mine delivered when in fact, my sister and I registered at the same day and time? Please make your processing much faster as I needed this ID very much.

I hope this message will get to you and will take time to address my concern. Thank you and be safe.

Dear Angelie Pearl Caluza,

Greetings!

Thank you for your request dated May 09, 2023 10:17:12 PM under Executive Order No. 2 (s. 2016) on Freedom of Information in the Executive Branch.

You asked for National ID.

Your FOI request is approved.

We ask for more patience about the delivery of your PhilID. We understand that your PhilID is important to you.

Rest assured that our efforts are geared towards more efficient card printing and delivery to accommodate the millions of Filipinos who have successfully registered for Step 1 and Step 2. We humbly ask for your continuous support as we currently prioritize the distribution of PhilIDs to low-income individuals we registered in the 1st and 2nd quarter of 2021.

You may track your PhilID at https://tracking.phlpost.gov.ph/ using the transaction number printed on the transaction slip provided to you during your Step 2 registration.

Meanwhile, you may visit https://appt.philsys.gov.ph to check if you may claim your ePhilID, a digital version of the PhilID which is printed on a piece of paper and has the same functionality and validity as the physical card.

For other concerns, you may reach us at info@philsys.gov.ph, Hotline 1388, and https://facebook.com/PSAPhilSysOfficial.

We would love to hear your Feedback so we can improve our services. Kindly fill out the PSA Customer feedback form from this link: https://tinyurl.com/OnlineCSSForm.

Thank you.

Respectfully,

Noel G. Perez
