Dear FOI Officer,

As an S&T Fellow of the Technology Application and Promotion Institute (TAPI), an agency under the Department of Science and Technology (DOST), I am writing to request information under the Freedom of Information (FOI) Program of the government. 

Specifically, I am interested in obtaining data related to the consumer lifestyle of Persons with Disability (PWD) with mobility impairment. I would like to know if there are any survey data or information available within the past five (5) years that provide insights into the consumer lifestyle of PWDs with mobility impairment.
