Good day! I just want to inform your good office that my Philsys ID was lost last October 09, 2023. I just want to make a request to get a new/another Philsys ID if your good office allow this kind of transaction. Please help me settle this matter. Thank you!

In reference to your concern, kindly wait for the announcement in our official channels for the process of replacement of lost/stolen PhilIDs.

Please note that you need to only register ONCE in the PhilSys; with the issuance of your PhilID, your PhilSys Number (PSN), which is your permanent unique identification number in the PhilSys registry has already been generated.
