I am asking for comprehensive information on Binondo, encompassing its demographics, historical background, population density, traffic concerns, statistical data on urban issues, zoning regulations, as well as an up-to-date assessment of its architectural landscape and the state of its businesses. This information will be used in completing my research paper on the architectural aspects of Binondo.
