Thank you for your request dated Jun 07, 2023 03:40:35 PM under Executive Order No. 2 (s. 2016) on Freedom of Information in the Executive Branch.

You asked for Psa birth cert info.

Your FOI request is approved. 

Please be informed that we are not authorized to verify a specific record due to RA10173 or the Data Privacy Act of 2012.
 
Aside from that, Civil Registry documents are available four to six months after the date of registration.
Should you wish to know the availability of any Civil Registry Document, you may request for a copy through the following channels:

1. Walk-in by Appointment via (appointment.psa.gov.ph)  at any PSA Serbilis Outlet
2. Online via www.psaserbilis.com.ph or www.psahelpline.ph
3. SM Business Centers.
