Hello Goodmorning! I just want to asks for a replacement for my lost National id. I lost it when I was on a tour and couldn’t find it again. Please can you help me? I really need it.

Please note that you need to only register ONCE in the PhilSys; with the issuance of your PhilID, your PhilSys Number (PSN), which is your permanent unique identification number in the PhilSys registry has already been generated.
