I would like to request my Philsys/National ID to be delivered to my address. It's been 3 years and I still haven't received it yet. I have some important matter to use it since it will be my first primary ID. My tracking number is 10512227550019620210318093839

You asked for Philsys ID Request.

Your FOI request is approved.

Rest assured that our efforts are geared towards more efficient card printing and delivery to accommodate the millions of Filipinos who have successfully registered for Step 1 and Step 2. 

To further assist you, kindly send us your Transaction Reference Number or TRN printed on the transaction slip provided to you during your Step 2 registration. You may also track your PhilID using your TRN at https://tracking.phlpost.gov.ph/.

Meanwhile, you may also check if you may claim your ePhilID at https://appt.philsys.gov.ph. The ePhilID has the same functionality and validity as the physical card.
