I would like to request your good office for the following information:
1. Total Number of Persons with Disability for 2020
2. Percentage of Amputees in the Philippines
3. Area or location of largest number of amputees
4. Age and gender bracket or range of amputees
5. Cause of amputation (disease, accident, inborn/congenital)

I hope you grant my request for my presentation in the PWD Amputee group for our proposal project
