I am a 4th-year economics student, and I would like to request the microdata/complete raw data/PUF of the Women and ICT Development Index Survey 2022 (in Excel format if possible). This will be used for my undergraduate thesis since my topic focuses on ICT and E-Commerce in the Philippines. 

Rest assured that the data will be strictly used for academic purposes, with proper citations.
