Hi! I would like to request for my father's birth certificate because when we get a copy on Philippine Statistics Authority it is stated there that they don't have record of my father's bith certificate..

Please be informed that we are from the Philippine Statistics Authority. If you have received a No Record Certificate, please coordinate with the Local Civil Registry Office in the city/municipality where your father was born. 

If you have already confirmed that there was no record in LCRO, you or your father may file a delayed registration of birth record. Kindly see the links below for your information and guidance:
