Hi,

I would like to request for information about access for Philsports Arena Track Oval in Pasig. 

I am training for a couple of international marathon events and would like to know how to request for access of Philsports Arena Track Oval to be used for my training / running days.

I am a former resident of Pasig just right in front of Philsports Arena and used to train in the oval facility as a track athlete during my high school days and I hope to be able to use the same track for training, specially with no other track oval available within the vicinity or around the Metro.

Is this request offensive?
