We would like to request information regarding allowances from March to June for the athletes who went in the 31st SEA Games in Hanoi Vietnam last May 2022. We do not know who would be the best person so contact regarding why this take us too long time to wait for the allowances,  the event is done already. What did allowances purpose now? Do we really need to wait for it? I want my privacy information be hide about it. just investigate if ever there are malicious things happening right there. We just want to verify if this is true that all the athletes did not receive allowances yet.
