1. summary of national athletes' & coaches' monthly allowance, incentives, and other benefits
2. organizational chart of the philippine sports commission and its offices
3. number of Filipinos participating in sports by age category
4. statistics on common sports injuries of national athletes

2.  Organizational chart of PSC - Please see attached file and also you will find the organizational chart of PSC on its website, psc.gov.ph

3.  Number of Filipino participating in sports by age category - please see attached file/report of 2021 for athletes participating on Amateur sports development program.

4.  Statistic on common sports injuries of national athletes. - please see attached file.
