Hi! I would like to request information for the following:

1. Total Athlete Population in the Philippines
2. Total Athlete Population in the Philippines (18 years old and above)
4. Total Number of Sports Complex in the Philippines
3. Total Number of Professional Athletes who earns money from Sports in the Philippines
4. Sports-related Accidents Involving Athletes reported from December 2020 up to Present
5. Criteria for building a Sports complex
6. Laws about building a sports complex in a municipality

All documents will be used for thesis purposes only.

Your FOI request is approved. I enclose a copy of some of the information you requested. Also hereunder are the response to your inquiry:

1. We only can only give you the total number of national athlete and it is 1600.
2.  same with number 1
3.  Games and Amusement Board are the one handling the professional athletes
4.  We have 3 complexes in the Philippines. The Philsports Complex, Rizal Memorial Sports Complex and Teachers Training Camp in Baguio City
5.  Please see attached file
6. With this, you can search the website.
