1. Design guidelines and requirements regarding sports complexes
2. Site criteria or site considerations when selecting a site for a sports complex (The sports complex will include these major sports facilities: Track and Football Field, Baseball Field, Olympic size Swimming Pool, Diving Pool etc.)
