Good Day!
The information I requested will be used as a reference venue for my Interior Design Thesis. The floor plans requested are needed as a basis for the size and measurements for the thesis in order to accurately design the space.
The PhilSports Complex was chosen as a venue for my thesis because to my knowledge it is where most of the national athletes and para-athletes train. The goal of my thesis was to design a space that would be of additional aid to the performance of our national athletes, and with PhilSPorts being where a lot of them train I thought it would be the most suitable reference for my thesis.
For the formal letter on the other hand, to whom should it be addressed and where should it be sent?

Your FOI request is approved. As per instruction of our Engineering Office, you may visit our office to get a picture of the Philsports floor plans. Kindly bring your endorsement letter from your professor or dean and your school ID.
Your right to request a review
If you are unhappy with this response to your FOI request, you may ask us to carry out an internal review of the response by writing to Mr. Simeon Gabriel M. Rivera, FOI Decision Maker at records@psc.gov.ph.
