I would like to request for 

1. a copy of a signed contract between PTV and Bitag showing the contract amount and duration .
2. Proof of bidding process
3. Amount released so far to Bienvenido Tulfo , as CEO/Producer of Bitag.
4. Are there still payables ? I heard from my source that the Contract is from March 2017-March 2018. Ben still has payables for March 2018.
