I am aware that there is a Master in Construction Management, but may I know if graduating from your Master in Information Technology (MIT) program can be used for admission to your PhD. in Engineering Management program? I am an engineering graduate and licensed, had worked in construction projects, plant operations/maintenance, software development (client/server/web), and automated control systems. I have strong interest on technology innovations such that I deem it necessary to have further studies in related areas. Particularly, my interests covers wireless networks, mobile technologies.

Greetings!
Thank you for your request dated Nov 18, 2019 03:44:41 PM under Executive Order No. 2 (s. 2016) on Freedom of Information in the Executive Branch.
You asked for PUP-Open University Qualification to Phd in Engineering Management Program.
You may use the Master in Information Technology (MIT) program for admission to your PhD. in Engineering Management. However, you may need to enroll in additional 12-18 units bridge courses ( the program of PhD in EM will assist you on what subjects you should take from the MSCM offered courses.
However, based on your profile and educational background, we believe that it is more appropriate to take the MSCM program. The Program of Studies of PhD in Engineering Management is more aligned in MSCM than MIT.
If you are unhappy with this response to your FOI request, you may ask us to carry out an internal review of the response by writing to Vice President Pascualito B. Gatan, FOI Focal Person at pbgatan@pup.edu.ph. Your review request should explain why you are dissatisfied with this response, and should be made within 15 calendar days from the date when you received this letter.
