I'm Mark Oliver G. Royo, A Bachelor of Science in Entrepreneurial Management graduate in April 2011.  I have taken my Basic ROTC course in the school year 2007 up to 2008. I would like to retrieve my reservist serial Number. Thank you.

Your Request

You asked for Basic ROTC Graduate Reservist Serial Number.

Response to Request

According to the PUP NSTP Office, serial numbers of ROTC graduates were given  immediately after completion and graduation from ROTC. If you wish to have another copy of the Serial Numbers, you need to go to Camp Aguinaldo. Another alternative is to request a copy of  serial numbers at the 1304th CDC, NCRRCG, ARESCOM along Altura Extension, PNR Sta. Mesa Station, Manila.  Please take note that you have to bring a request letter and copy of your transcript of records.


Your right to request a review
