Hi Good Morning po sa inyo Ako po si EJAY MOISES MARIÑAS studyante po ako dati sa POLYTECNIC UNIVERSITY OF THE PHILIPPINES STA. MESA MANILA . from year 2012-2015.  sa kursong Bachelor in Business Teacher Education Nag stop po ako ng two years and nagdecide na mag transfer sa ibang school last year 2018. Ngayon po ay nasa 3rd year college napo ako and need ko daw po ng NSTP SERIAL NUMBER  sa dati kong school para daw po yun sa mga transferee and para maka graduate daw po ako. NSTP SERIAL NUMBER PO . Thank you for your request dated Nov 12, 2019 10:17:23 PM under Executive Order No. 2 (s. 2016) on Freedom of Information in the Executive Branch.

You asked for NSTP SERIAL NUMBER. Your FOI request is approved. Please visit the NSTP Office, look for Director Dr. Rovelina B. Jacolbia for you to get the serial endorsement slip and you will be endorsed to the University Registrar to acquire a certificate with NSTP Serial Number.

If you are unhappy with this response to your FOI request, you may ask us to carry out an internal review of the response by writing to Vice President Pascualito B. Gatan at pbgatan@pup.edu,oh. Your review request should explain why you are dissatisfied with this response, and should be made within 15 calendar days from the date when you received this letter. We will complete the review and tell you the result within 30 calendar days from the date when we receive your review request.
