I would like to request for a copy of PUP Faculty Handbook/Manual to be used as a reference to determine the Conduct, Restrictions, and Discipline rules of faculty members.

This information will be used as evidence to file a harassment report to our Office of Student Services (OSS).

Greetings eFOI, 

I'm glad to receive a response. However, I'm not in particular to request a sexual harassment CODI Manual. I'm particular to request for a document stating the Conduct, Restrictions, and Discipline rules of faculty members. I would like to know if the fitness of a professor is a valid ground for dismissal in terms of emotional and mental capabilities.

This information will be used as evidence to file a harassment report citing the power tripping and harrassment case to our Office of Student Services (OSS).
