I am kindly requesting a copy of:

1. PUP’s BOR-approved Program of Receipts and Expenditures (PRE) for CY 2016-2024

2. PUP's Special Trust Fund (STF) Utilization report for CY 2016-2022.

3. PUP's STF allocation for "Facilities Development" for CY 2016-2022 and their utilization rates. 

4. PUP's planned STF allocation for "Facilities Development" for CY 2023 and 2024.

This information would be used for research purposes.
