our FOI request is approved. You may email your request/inquiry at shsregistrar@pup.edu.ph. Please be informed that starting February 22, 2021 the Polytechnic University of the Philippines Sta. Mesa Campus will implement the PUP Visitor’s Appointment Scheduling System (VASS). 
With PUP VASS, all visitors and clients of the University should have an approved appointment before being permitted to enter the University premises. To request for an appointment, visit https://apps.pup.edu.ph/appointment

Your right to request a review
