To Whom It May Concern,

Kindly advise how to go about getting a copy of my Form 137 and two separate Certificate of English as Medium of Instruction from both HIGHSCHOOL and COLLEGE department of RSU.

Convenience and efficiency wise, if possible, soft copy of the documents will be greatly appreciated!
