Good day!
We, the Fourth-year Industrial Engineering students of the Industrial Engineering and Technology Department - Boni Campus would like humbly request towards for our Feasibility Study for the historical data of the following:
Average incoming transaction and Average accomplish transaction(can be per month, semester, or yearly) in both Management Information Center (MIC) and Registrar of the university;
The number of students that use Gcash as a method of payment (this Gcash payment method become alternative use for only 1 semester during the first outbreak of covid-19)

(1) Nos. of accomplished and unaccomplished transactions (document request, payment, appointment) before (2018-2019) and during pandemic (2019-2022) of both Management Information Center (MIC) and Registrar;

(2) Nos. of students/professors who used the TEMPORARY GCASH PAYMENT OPTION when it was made available on August 2021
