Hi I am architecture graduate from Rizal Technological University and I am helping my cousin with his feasibility study on a hotel located in Parañaque city. 

I would like to request the following:

1. Comprehensive Land Use Plan of Parañaque
2. Comprehensive Development Plan of Parañaque
3. Zoning Ordinance of Parañaque
4. Proposed Zoning Map of Parañaque
Maps related to include:
a. Road Network Maps
b. Land Use Map 
c. Hazard Maps 
d. Slope Map

These documents will be used for our proposed research project and academic purposes only.
