Greetings! I would like to request on the information of the ff:

a. List of Bayanihan CARES beneficiaries (name and place of business) to be subjected to an anonymous interview survey (via online mode or printed
questionnaires)
b. request for the exact number of MSME beneficiaries under the Bayanihan
CARES and its breakdown by business size (micro, small and medium) and by municipality in Metro Manila only.
c. Any supporting documents or reports that are deemed helpful to the study.
