Your Request

You asked for Construction Industry Average Financial Ratios.

Response to Request

We have available data on the Top 1000 Corporations ranked by Gross Revenue (GR).  However, not all firms within the Construction Industry are covered therein.  For the industry average financial ratios, this may be obtained through an independent research based on the corporations' Audited Financial Statement (AFS) filed with the SEC. 

For additional clarification and/or information on the related fees and procedures on our Top 1000 Corporations data, you may coordinate with Ms. Ma. Theresa M. Bersabal of Company Analytics and Statistics Division through email address mtmbersabal@sec.gov.ph or telephone number 02 8818-6117.

To request for copies of AFS filed with the SEC, you may visit https://secexpress.ph/application-form or contact hotline number (02) 8737-8888 to discuss the details of your request and obtain information on the related fees and procedures. All documents requested through this system will be delivered within five to seven days from confirmation of payment. The list of SEC fees may be found at https://secexpress.ph/service-fees. 

Your right to request a review

If you are unhappy with this response to your FOI request, you may ask us to carry out an internal review of the response by writing to Chairperson Emilio B. Aquino through email address ebaquino@sec.gov.ph. Your review request should explain why you are dissatisfied with this response, and should be made within 15 calendar days from the date when you received this letter. We will complete the review and tell you the result within 30 calendar days from the date when we receive your review request.

If you are not satisfied with the result of the review, you then have the right to appeal to the Office of the President under Administrative Order No. 22 (s. 2011).
