Based on our initial findings, please be informed that there is a registered entity under the name of Flex Fuel Petroleum Corporation with SEC Registration Number CS201951628 registered on April 2, 2019 and Emerald Shores Boracay Inc. with SEC Registration Number 2021120036237-07 registered on December 17, 2021, respectively. 

You may request for a Certification on the Corporate Status/Information of an entity with our Corporate Filing and Records Division (CFRD) through on-line by sending your letter-request to cfrd_application02@sec.gov.ph or request for copies of any corporate records on file with the Commission through the SEC Express System at secexpress.ph or call them at (02) 8737-8888.
