Since SEC i-view is still not available, I would like to request for information re: Philab Industries, Inc. I would like to check if the company is registered with SEC, still registered or has been dissolved. In this regard, I would like to request for copies (if available) of the latest document filed with your office, GIS, notice pertaining to its existence, Articles of Incorporation.

With regards to your query, please be informed that as verified from the SEC database, Philab Industries Inc. is registered with SEC. We are providing copy of the details for your reference.
Should you decide to request for a copy of the said GIS and and the Articles of Incorporation, you may proceed to the SEC Express System an alternative mode of securing copies of Corporate or Partnership documents without having to personally come to the SEC. The public can request for plain copies, certified true copies (CTC)/authenticated copies of documents filed with SEC by logging in at https://secexpress.ph. SEC Express System covers the following options:
a. Online Application - the public may request for SEC documents through a user-friendly, web-based interface that includes online payment and courier delivery of the requested documents nationwide.
b. Call Center Facility – the public may call Hotline Number 8737-8888 for requests, mode of payment and courier delivery of the requested documents nationwide.
