Your Request

You asked for List of foreign-owned companies in the country.

Response to Request

This refers to your request for the list of foreign-owned companies.  
While our aim is to provide information whenever possible, in this instance this Office does not have the information you have requested.  We can only provide list of companies with foreign equity (Branch Office, Representative Office, Regional Headquarters and Regional Operating Headquarters).  

You may ask the data to Ms. Josefina Paquiz of the Information Systems Development and Management Division.  Kindly take note that this request will undergo regular processing, subject to applicable fees. (https://www.sec.gov.ph/mc-2017/mc-no-03-s-2017-consolidated-schedule-of-fees-and-charges/; https://www.sec.gov.ph/forms-and-fees/schedules-of-fees), as follows:
1.     Special Program fee of PhP1,000.00; and
2.     Computer processing charge of PhP4.00/minute.

Details included in the list are the following:
1.     Name of Corporation;
2.     SEC Registration Number;
3.     Date Registered; and
4.     Company Address.
