You asked for Financial Statement - GORILLA SEA TRANSPORT CORPORATION.

Response to Request

With regards to your query, please be informed that GORILLA SEA TRANSPORT CORPORATION was registered with this Office in 2021. While our aim is to provide information whenever possible, in this instance this Office does not have the information you have requested. As verified from the SEC database the only available reports submitted by the company is the General Information Sheet (GIS) for the period 2021 and 2022.

Should you decide to request for a copy of the said GIS, you may proceed through the SEC Express System - an alternative mode of securing copies of Corporate or Partnership documents without having to personally come to the SEC.  The public can request for plain copies, certified true copies (CTC)/authenticated copies of documents filed with SEC by logging in at https://secexpress.ph.  SEC Express System covers the following options:
