Good Day

I would like to request for information about changing the beneficial ownership of a corporation specifically:

1. Adding a shareholder on a fully subscribed corporation

2. Changing the current shareholders shareholdings (e.g. Reducing some shares of the current shareholders, and adding shares to some shareholders.)

3. Increasing authorized capital stock on a fully subscribed corporation.

4.Assigning some of the newly authorized capital stock to some shareholders including the new shareholder.

I would appreciate a detailed explanation as well as the necessary forms
