Dear SEC,

I am a resident of Two Manhattan Parkview, a project of Megaworld and it has been 5 years but our Condo Corp is not yet created. We have been managed so far by Manhattan Garden City II Admin Inc. The developers informed us that they have started already the SEC Registration for Manhattan Parkview Condominium Corporation but it's been a year already since they've informed us. May i know if the name Manhattan Parkview Condominium Corporation is already registered or already in process. Thank you.

May i follow up my request? And may I correct that I'm looking for any SEC application for  Manhattan Parkview Condominium Association Inc. instead of Manhattan Parkview Condominium Corporation. Thank you.
