With regards to your query, please be informed that as verified from the SEC Database, Urban Deca Homes Ortigas Condominium Corporation is registered. However for further verification, kindly coordinate directly with the Company Registration and Monitoring Department.  You may send email to crmd_publicassistance@sec.gov.ph or you may reach them at 8818-7187; 8818-0763; 8818-5554 and 8818-8803 for your concern.  

As to the list of ownership, kindly be informed that you may request copy of their Articles of Incorporation using SEC Express System - an alternative mode of securing copies of Corporate or Partnership documents without having to personally come to the SEC.  The public can request for plain copies, certified true copies (CTC)/authenticated copies of documents filed with SEC by logging in at https://secexpress.ph.  SEC Express System covers the following options:
a.	Online Application - the public may request for SEC documents through a user-friendly, web-based interface that includes online payment and courier delivery of the requested documents nationwide.
