Your Request

You asked for List of Rural Banks with Assets and number of customers.

Response to Request

With regards to your query, please be informed that you may request for List of Rural Banks to Ms. Josefina Paquiz of the Information Systems Development and Management Division.  This will undergo regular processing, subject to applicable fees. (https://www.sec.gov.ph/mc-2017/mc-no-03-s-2017-consolidated-schedule-of-fees-and-charges/; https://www.sec.gov.ph/forms-and-fees/schedules-of-fees), as follows:
1.     Special Program fee of PhP1,000.00; and
2.     Computer processing charge of PhP4.00/minute.

Details included in the list are the following:
1.     Name of Corporation;
2.     SEC Registration Number;
3.     Date Registered; and
4.     Company Address.

As to the assets of the company, those information can be found in the Financial Statements (AFS) which can be requested per company though the SEC Express System [https://www.sec.gov.ph/online-services/sec-express-system/]. SEC Express System covers the following options:
a.	Online Application - the public may request for SEC documents through a user-friendly, web-based interface that includes online payment and courier delivery of the requested documents nationwide.
b.	Call Center Facility – the public may call Hotline Number (02) 8737-8888 to discuss the details of your request and obtain information on the related fees and procedures. 

All documents requested through this system are delivered directly to the client’s given address within five (5) to seven (7) days after payment confirmation.
