Hi, I would like to report the OLA (Excellent Era Lending Services Corporation) and the finance department representative named Jessica Villanueva, she is forcing me to transfer a specific amount before they will provide a code for me to get my approved loan and threatened me that even if I will not continue my application they will still collect payments monthly even though I did not receive the approved loan. In addition to the threat, she informed me that they already have my information and I'm afraid they may use it for illegal activities without my knowledge.
